Manchester City have been crowned Premier League champions for a record fourth consecutive season after beating West Ham 3-1 at the Etihad Stadium.

Erling Haaland broke the Premier League record for goals scored in a season, netting his 32nd of the campaign to help City to victory.

Pep Guardiola's side had to come from behind to win the match after West Ham took the lead through Said Benrahma.

But goals from Rodri, Haaland, and Bernardo Silva sealed the victory for City, who are now 11 points clear of Liverpool with just three games remaining.

The title is City's seventh in the Premier League era and their fourth under Guardiola.

It is a remarkable achievement for Guardiola, who has now won nine major trophies in his six years at the club.

City's victory was also a fitting tribute to the late Colin Bell, the club's legendary midfielder who passed away earlier this week.

Bell was a key member of City's title-winning team in 1968 and his memory will live on at the Etihad Stadium.
